Step 1

Get in Touch

Head over to the contact page and fill out the form with what you have in mind and I will email you back within 48 hrs. Once we confirm specs, I will send you a formal quote. Once your order details and a quote has been discussed and confirmed via email, and you wish to go ahead, I will send you an order form to be signed. Once this document is signed and sent back to myself no changes to specs are to be made during the build process.
Step 2

Deposit & Waiting List

Aswell as the signed order form, I require a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the instrument up front before I start any work. This is non refundable should you choose to cancel your order or send back the instrument for any reason. Once your deposit has been received you will be added to my build schedule and waiting list which is currently 12-15 months. The balance plus shipping is due once the guitar is complete before it ships.
Step 3

Making your Guitar

You will receive an update once I start work on your guitar. All my guitars are made in small batches so once I start work on yours you will receive regular updates along the way with photos to see your guitar taking shape, as well as sharing updates and photos on my Instagram / Facebook pages.
Step 4

Receiving your Guitar

All my guitars are shipped fully insured by DHL Express. My guitars are fully set up before I ship them and I like to spend a few days playing and testing them, and allowing them to settle in before shipping. Some minor tweaks MAY be needed on arrival due to any knocks or bumps made during shipping, or changes in temperature/humidity, especially when shipping overseas. This is normal, most new guitars require a settling in period once they have arrived at their new home. All my guitar necks are fitted with the very best German engineered dual action truss rods, which you can adjust to add more relief or backbow if needed. All my guitars have a lifetime guarantee and any faulty parts will be replaced or repaired at no extra cost. I am always available on email to discuss adjusting and setting up your guitar should you wish to make any changes so feel free to get in touch any time.
